2023 Annual Meeting

The WRP is Proudly holding their 2023 Annual Meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah.The WRP Annual Meeting 2023 is hosted by Utah Division of Wildlife Resources and will be on September 20-22. Please check this page frequently as new information will be posted as it becomes available.

There is no cost to attend the annual meeting. However, for planning purposes all in-person attendees must register for the event. If you will not attend in person, see information below about virtual participation. Registration will close September 15, 2023. Pre-meetings (September 19, 2023) – tentative individual meetings among state partners (time/location TBD likely late afternoon), and federal partners
Day 1 (September 20, 2023) – 8am-5pm agenda with multiple presentations, discussions and opportunities to network
Day 2 (September 21, 2023) – 8am-5pm agenda with multiple presentations, business meeting, committee meetings, discussions and opportunities to network
Day 3 (September 22, 2023) – 8am-1pm field trip to nearby AIS management locations


The meeting will take place at the Double Tree Suites by Hilton Hotel Downtown Salt Lake City; 110 W 600 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. A meeting rate for participants will be offered by simply using the following link to book here

Virtual participation for the 2023 Annual Meeting will be limited to live stream only, via the WRP YouTube Channel. This live stream will be recorded and available post meeting. If you have any questions or comments regarding virtual participation – please reach out.
