WOULD YOU LIKE TO PRESENT? 

The Planning Team is always looking for new information to share during the meeting. The planning team will be announcing a call for presentation abstracts for consideration in the 2023 Meeting. Presentations that will address emerging technology and threats, coastal issues, and new AIS management issues are requested.

Abstract submissions will open in early Spring 2023.   

HOST HOTEL

Conference facility and hotel recommendations will be announced in early 2023.

REGISTRATION

There is no cost to attend the annual meeting. However, for planning purposes all attendees must register for the event.  Registration will open in Spring 2023. If you have questions about attending, please email Leah at leah@stopais.org

AGENDA AT-A-GLANCE

Pre-meetings – tentative individual meetings among state partners (time/location TBD likely late afternoon), and federal partners
Day 1 – 8am-5pm agenda with multiple presentations, discussions and opportunities to network
Day 2 – 8am-5pm agenda with multiple presentations, business meeting, committee meetings, discussions and opportunities to network
Day 3 – 8am-1pm field trip to nearby AIS management locations
